Family concert at Frodes Folkehus

Come and take part in a very special concert with the Copenhagen-based choir Ars Nova, specially designed for curious children in the early school years (ages 5-12) and their adults ✨👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Singing in a choir requires attentive listening and making space for each other – like small pieces in a bigger puzzle. Every voice is like a cog in a large machine – or like a slice of banana in a fruit salad! And of course, you get to join in! 🧩

So how do you create music using only the body and voice? 🤔🎶 What does it sound like when voices have traveled 500 years through time? And did you know that a choir can actually be compared to a layer cake? Come and hear how the layers blend into one big musical experience.

About Ars Nova Copenhagen:
